Periodical Maintenance and Operation of Electrical and Mechanical installations involving operation, repairs and maintenance, attending to complaints/faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems, carrying-out preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documents etc. under this contract for shift duty for all 7 days on all working days including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as per tender specifications, terms & conditions by providing/engaging following minimum number of man power i/c reliever. A-General Duty Purpose (a) Supervisor- Highly Skilled - (at the rate 1 No HSK-Supervisor per day for General shift for 6 Days in a week). B-Shift Duty Purpose (a)Electrician-(SK) -3 shifts daily at the rate 01 No. Electrician-Skilled in each shift. (b)Helper (USK) -3 shifts daily at the rate 01 No. Helper in each shift. (c)Electrician(SK)-2shifts daily for 6 day in a week at the rate 01No Electrician in each shift. (d)Helper (USK)-2 shifts daily for 6 day in a week at the rate 01 No Helper in each shift. Total Minimum Manpower i/c Reliever - 12 Numbers Note-Relievers shall do duty of Electrician/helper as per site requirement.

SECOND YEAR Monthly visit of fire technician/service engineer form OEM of FDA system or from OEM authorized dealer for carrying out healthiness check of FDA system, attending faults, carrying out preventive maintenance i/c cleaning etc. as required of Fire main panel ,repeater panels , detectors , Response indicators & MCP of the FDA system etc. Making replacement of the spare parts/accessories etc. if required for healthiness of the FDA system and submission of service report to E-I-C. Charges against labour & tools etc. required for attending faults, preventive maintenance, servicing, replacement/installations of spare parts and accessories are included in the item. Note 1. This BOQ item is only labour part. 2. All spare parts/accessories required for healthiness of FDA system shall be provided by AAI i.e paid to the agency against supply of materials as in extra item based on original tax invoice / supporting documents.

SECOND YEAR Monthly visit of technician/service engineer form specialized agency for Maintenance & up-keeping of Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrant/ Fire fighting & suppression complete system as installed at Shravasti Airport inclusive of periodical checking/ testing, servicing, maintaining records and attending any number of break down calls of all Fire Extinguishers, hydrant valves, hose boxes, pipes, branch pipes, hose reels, hose pipes, NRVs, pipe lines, pressure switches, Main Mono-block motor pump set , Booster/Terrace Mono block motor pump set, Starter panels, pressure gauges, sluice valves/gate valve etc. as detailed in the special conditions of the contract, particular specification etc. complete as required. Note- (1)This item is only service/labour part and does not cover material part. All spare parts / accessories required for healthiness of Fire Fighting system, Fire Extinguishers (refilling of gas, repair of accessories/ spare parts etc.) shall be provided by AAI i.e paid to the agency against supply of materials/repair of equipment as in extra item on market rate on submission of original tax invoice and supporting documents.

FIRST YEAR Servicing/maintenance etc. of Schneider Electric make 11 KV HT VCB panel (installed in HT panel room -Panel Type- PIX-MV, Sr. No. 0221189475/01/1, Mfg Year 2019 ) having 01 no. VCB ( i.e Incoming cum outgoing ) as per OEM recommendation by Er./Technician from OEMs or by Er./Technician of Authorized dealer of OEM. Note- 1. Servicing/maintenance etc. of existing 11 KV VCB panel to be done by OEMs recommended tools/kit by their Er./Technician or by Er./Technician of Authorized dealer of OEM. 2. All spare parts/accessories required for healthiness of VCB Braeker installed in 11KV HT panel shall be provided by AAI i.e paid to the agency against supply of materials/repair of equipment as in extra item on market rate on submission of original tax invoice and supporting documents.

FIRST YEAR Testing for healthiness and carrying out calibration of all relays installed in 11KV HT VCB panel (installed in HT panel room- Panel Type-PIX-MV, Sr. No. 0221189475/01/1 Mfg Yr 2019) having 01 no. VCB ( i.e. Incoming cum outgoing VCB). Note- 1. Testing and callibrations to be done by OEMs recommended callibrated Kit, by their Er./Technician or by Er./Technician of Authorized dealer of OEM. 2. All spare parts/accessories required for healthiness of relays installed in 11KV HT panel shall be provided by AAI i.e paid to the agency against supply of materials/repair of equipment as in extra item on market rate on submission of original tax invoice and supporting documents.

FIRST YEAR Servicing of ABB Make, Model- Air circuit breaker 800 A through OEM service Engineer / OEM authorized service Engineer including carrying out of following works racking out & removal of ACB from switch board, cleaning all parts for dust deposits foreign particles etc , degreasing the various parts of ACB. Cleaning all parts with cleaning agents such as CRC 2 -26 checking the various settings within the ACB of contacts, releases etc , checking the hardware for wear & tear, checking of termination & tightness, checking for all hardwares for its presence, replacement of spares / accessories for defective / worn out items (Supply of spares / accessories required for healthiness of ACB are in AAI scope), regressing of the ACB parts as recommended by OEM, refixing the ACB, testing and observance for normal operation of ACB complete as required. (Service reports to be submitted in OEM letterhead / OEM authorize Service Dealer letter head).

Supply of New Transformer Oil conforming to IS-335 in non-returnable barrel as per requirement.

SECOND YEAR BDV Testing (Pre filtration or after filtration) of transformer oil from CPRI or Authorized dealer/ Specialized agency having calibrated BDV testing Kit including oil sample collection charges & submission of original test report on their letter head.

Rewinding of ceiling fan/ wall fan/ exhaust fan as per original characteristics with super enameled copper wire and E class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangement for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required). Note- Dismantled material / wire shall be property of tenderer/contractor.

Lifting and lowering of submersible pump motor set up to 7.5 HP capacity from the depth upto 400 feet including dismantling of the column pipe, cable etc and re-installation of pump and motor set in the bore well along with all necessary work like providing and fixing of required gasket & nut bolts, and welding & threading of GI Pipe and Flenge etc as required and making connection to the discharge line after dry revolution test complete as required.

SECOND YEAR All Inclusive Annual comprehensive maintenance contract (AIACMC) of the 1.0 Tr/ 1.5 TR / 2.0 TR wall mounted split air-conditioners of different makes at different locations including carrying out Quarterly visit for servicing and maintenance of AC units by specialized agency .Work includes all repair, maintenance, attending to complaints / faults / breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems including providing and fixing spares parts like All PCBs, Refrigerant Pipe, compressors, all type of relays, Motors, handset say remote, thermostats, capacitors, selector switches, expansion valve etc. as required at site and as per special condition of the contract. Note- a). All plastic parts e.g Grill, Diffuser, Blower(fan blade) & Painting is not covered in AIACMC. b). 01 Job equal to AIACMC of 1 No Split AC (1.0 TR/1.5 /2.0 TR) for 1 Year.

SECOND YEAR All Inclusive Annual comprehensive maintenance contract (AIACMC) of Daikin Make Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Air Conditioning system including carrying out Monthly visit for servicing and maintenance of AC units. Works includes all repair, maintenance attending to complaints/ faults/breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems and providing spares like compressors, motors, all type of relays, all PCBs, handset say remote, thermostats, capacitors, selector switches, expansion valve , float switch and all type of sensors like coil sensor (suction sensor & discharge sensor), Air sensor (suction sensor & discharge sensor) etc. as required at site and as per special condition of the contract. Note- 1. All plastic parts e.g Grill, Diffuser, Blower (fan blade), drain tray, Heat exchange coils, Sheet metals parts & Painting is not covered in AIACMC. 2. Qty- 1 HP shall be measured for AIACMC of 1 HP AC unit for 1 Year.

SECOND YEAR Annual Inclusive annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (AIACMC) of inbuilt water purifier (RO plus UV) having storage capacity of 120 Ltr, Make- Eureka Forbes/Aqua Guard at different locations of Shravasti Airport. Work includes carrying out Quarterly visit for preventive maintenance and service of Water Cooler with RO units by OEM or Authorized OEM service dealer. Work includes attending any number of breakdowns complaints/ faults and taking rectification action ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of the systems. Works includes refrigerant gas charging and repair/replacement of required consumables or other spares parts like candle, filter,membrane, etc. PCBs, Refrigerant Pipe/gas, compressors, all type of relays, Motors, thermostats, capacitors, solenoid valve etc. through OEM or Authorized OEM service dealer and maintaining records/ documentation as per Engineer In Charge and as per special condition of the contract. Note - 1) 1 Job equal to AIACMC of 1 No. Water Cooler with inbuilt RO for 1 Year. 2) In this item, the replacement of consumables like PF Candle filter, Block filter/carbon & RO Membrane are covered only one times in a Year.

Replacement of OEM recommended, suitable PF Candle Filter 10 inch in the inbuilt water purifier of Eureka Forbes/Aqua Guard make as and when required.

FIRST YEAR Annual Inclusive Annual Comprehensive maintenance contract (AIACMC) of existing 01 number of old boom barriers ( Length - 6meter, Model (eSSL)- BG-BDC-RL-100) by carrying out Half Yearly preventive maintenance service, minor repairs, supply and replacement of all spares/Electrical, electronic components, motor, PCB card etc. and to attend any number of breakdown calls/complaints/fault as and when required to ensure safe functioning of equipments to the satisfaction of Engineer-In -Charge, including technical and service support and spares support from OEM or his authorized service dealer or any other specialized agency as approved by Engineer-In -Charge as per SCC and technical specifications of the contract.

FIRST YEAR Re-calibration of available Clinometer of AMA Make from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for PAPI calibration, including packing, forwarding, transit insurance, and transportation charges for both dispatch and return at Shravasti Airport.

FIRST YEAR Decoration of terminal building with decorative lights on the occasion of Independence Day, Republic Day and any other occasions as decided by EIC for 03 days on each occasion on Hiring (Rental) basis with following type of lights and decoration accessories with provision for operation as per National Flag Theme (Tricolour) / Occasion themes for Indoor & Outdoor Use, including supply and installation of lights with suitable mounting arrangements, wiring / cabling, loading, unloading, transportation, dismantling etc. complete as required. (The installation & testing of Lighting systems and decoration accessories shall be completed by 0500 pm, one day prior to the occasion). Decorative lights shall be LED Series Riser Pixel Light Bright (Each riser of approx. 30 feet. length) (Tri- Colour Pattern).

FIRST YEAR Healthiness check of 4KW CCR including , carrying out preventive maintenance , doing servicing , repairing & replacement of spare parts if required complete as required by OEM Service Engineer or Specialized/expert Service Engineer as per approval of E-I-C.

Supply of wind cone /wind sock have a length of not less than 12 feet and diameter at larger end of not less than 0.9m as per ICAO guidelines.
