To qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have required bid capacity. To calculate Bid capacity, it will require financial turnover in last five years period i.e from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed & mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10Percent each year. FY 2026-27
