Invitation to Bid - Procurement of Van Mounted Fully Automatic Cable Fault Locator as per Technical Specification in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders should abide to the Notification Inviting Tender and Instructions to bidders & General Terms & Conditions of the tender uploaded in the e-Portal.

Bidder should not upload his rate separately in e-portal other than in the Item wise bid commercial offer, else the bids will be rejected.

The Bidder shall produce all the original documents for the verification at the time of technical bid opening.

The bidder shall quote UNIT FORD Price inclusive of all in e-Portal. In case the bidder fills up the breakup of prices, the same shall tally with the quoted UNIT FORD Price. If any other remarks such as GST or any other price components are EXTRA on the Quoted Price are mentioned in the Tax Breakup Sheet, the same will not be taken into consideration and the bid will be evaluated only based on the quoted UNIT FORD Price.

The tenderers participating in multiple tenders shall satisfy the aggregate qualifying criteria pertaining to proof of supplies, performance, average annual financial turnover and liquid assets as the case may be specified for each tender separately. Else, price bids of only such tenders will be opened, for which the balance of aggregate qualifying criteria is more than the values specified for the tender under consideration for opening the price bid, at the discretion of MESCOM. Note: The balance of aggregate qualifying criteria for the tender will be considered by deducting the respective values of tender for which price bid is previously opened and is L-1 bid.

Any Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Bidder is registered with the Competent Authority. Registration certificate issued by the competent authority shall be uploaded. Further, certificate for having read the clauses has been submitted as below - I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India I certify that this Bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered with the Competent Authority. I hereby certify that this Bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered.
