If Agency does not conclude the agreement and not start work within 3 days the tender will cancel and recall.

The Work should be started immediately after Tender Opening, failing which the Agency/Contractor for the work will be cancelled without any Notice.

For works costing Rs. 5.00 Lakhs and more than Rs. 5.00 Lakhs, the tenders will be evaluated strictly in terms of G.O.Rt.No.85, Dt.17-02-2017, MA & UD, and Government of Telangana. Where Works on hand (B) for bid capacity (3AN-B): must be more than bid capacity.

Self declaration for works on hand (value of B) to be submitted by the bidder in the Performa attached in E-PROCUREMENT platform

For SC/ST individual contractors have to submit Caste Certificate issued by the MRD/ Tahasildar

Latest Annual Turnover Report certified by CA (on letter head containing full details of CA i.e. address, UDIN number, cell no. etc.,) for the period of last (10) Financial years i.e. from 2015-16 to 2024-25. The same may check online for verification of UDIN. The highest value during last 10 financial years will be considered for evaluation of bid capacity.

The bidder should upload Income Tax Returns for the year 2023, 2024 & 2025
