Failure to furnish the original DDs before Price bid opening date will entail rejection of bid. 4) Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 5) Area of Operation SC ST Waddera Societies and individuals to SC ST Wadderas would be the sub divisions concerned. For the departments the area of operation would be the District. Class V & IV only operation would be the District. 6) The Own H.M.P. Contractors are eligible.

1. Eligible for the Contractors who own bucket cleaning equipment and similar work experience.

2. Contractor is directed that in any circumstance the labour should not be allowed to enter into the manholes for execution of the bucket cleaning work. If any violation in this regard will be viewed seriously and action will be taken as per rules along with lodging the criminal case against the agency.

3. Cleaning of Sewer lines should be taken up mechanically using bucket cleaning machine or any other better technology by mechanical means only.

4. The agency is held responsible for any untoward incidents occur and any compensation should be borne by the agency only and department is no-where concerned. The entire responsibility lies with the agency alone.

5. Contractor should have experience in similar work for past 2 years.
