Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of factory fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per SMACNA standard and as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Horizontal ducts shall be rigidly and securely supported in an approved manner, with trapeze hangers formed of galvanized steel rods and galvanized steel angle channel or a pair of bracket, connected by galvanized steel rod under ducts. Vertical ductwork shall be supported by structural members on each floor slab. Duct supports may be through galvanized steel insert plates left in slab at the time of slab casting. Galvanized steel cleat with a hole for passing the hanger rods shall be welded to the plates. Supply and fixing of 19 mm thickness closed cell nitrile rubber class O insulation with factory laminated aluminium foil by applying suitable cold setting adhesive on already installed indoor ducting above false ceiling after removal of existing glass wool insulation. The scope of this item also includes charges for dismantling and suitable disposal of glass wool insulation material outside airport premises. Insulation work to be carried out as per OEM specifications. The same may be considered while quoting. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.as per SH I B Item no 3 page no 184
