To calculate Bid capacity it will require financial turnover in last five years period from 2021-22 to 2025-26.The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10 Percentage each year.
