Successful disposal of RDF: The bidder should have successfully disposed Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) to Cement Plants / Waste to Energy (WTE) plants / any other industries in any one similar work in last 5 (five) Financial years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26.
Successful Land Reclaimed through Bio Mining and Bioremediation: The bidder should have successfully completed reclamation of land through Bio-Mining and bioremediation in any one similar work in last 5 (five) Financial years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26.
Power of Attorney for mentioning authorized signatories
Any debarred or blacklisted agency shall not be allowed to participate
Valid Scanned Copies of the following documents - Certificate of Enlistment,PAN Card and Goods and Service Tax(GST) registration certificate mentioning the 15-digit Goods and Service Tax payer Identification Number under the GST Act2017 along with latest GST Returns. Income Tax latest Return Certificate.
The Bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 10.00 crore (Rupees Ten Crores) from Municipal Solid waste processing/ treatment/management in any 3 (three) consecutive years during the last 5 (five) Financial years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-265 with a positive network in FY 2024-25/FY 2025-26 (in case returns filed for FY 2025-26).
The bidder should have a Registered Office in India -Documentary Proof of having a registered office in India.
