Demolishing R.C.C work Manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 2 KM lead as per direction of Engineer in charge .

Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.50M in width or 10.00 SqM on plain including dressing of sites and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil, including dewatering and directed with a lead of 500 M .

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete of direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1 isto 2 isto 4 (1 cement / 2 coarse sand / 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including transporting decoiling straightening derusting placing cutting to requiste length hooking bending to correct shape placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection including removal of loos rust and applying a coat of cement wash if necessary complete in all respects as per drawing and as directed

Providing and fixing centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels beams plinth beams Chujja girders bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying 1st class brick work with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1/6 -1 cement / 6 coarse sand including all complete as per specification drawing and direction of the EIC.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S non modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in cement mortar 1/4 - 1 cement / 4 coarse sand

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster to a rough side in cement mortar 1/6 - 1 cement / 6 fine sand including scaffolding ,raking the joints backing the surface finishing to correct lines, levels plumb curing as required .

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron - Y shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg per sq. mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm per metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) .

Providing and fixing G.I chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including straightening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts. bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. Made of G I wire of dia 4mm .

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coat of Synthetic enamel paint including welding and bolted with special shaped washers, locking arrangement etc. all complete. Hot finished welded type tubes for Single and Double Leaf entrance gates. Size of Gate - 3.50 m x 1.80 m -3 Nos. Size of Gate - 1.20 m x 1.80 m -8 Nos.

Transportation of excavated earth from working site to other area load upto 1 km by mechanical transport including loading unloading and lift upto 2 20 M disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per instruction of Engineer in charge

Cleaning jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation , grass , brush wood ,trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 M above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50M outside the periphery of the area cleared.
