1. Copy of Contractors valid Registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana / erstwhile Government of AP.

3. The bidders shall furnish their copy of permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and copy of Latest Income tax returns submitted along with proof of receipt.

4. GST Registration Certificate & Latest GST Returns Certificate of Government of Telangana. GST Returns Shall be for the preceding Quarter i.e, (3) three months before month of Tendering.

5. Details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last 10 financial years by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates.

6. Details of similar works completed (not less than 90% of contract value) by the bidder during the last ten financial Years in Statement-II with supporting certificates.

7. Quantities of work executed by the Bidder in the last 10 financial years - in Statement ? III with supporting certificates.

8. Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates and also details of tenders submitted in Statement -IV-(B)

9. Availability of critical equipment with the bidder in Statement ?V.

10. Availability of Key personnel with the bidder in Statement.VI.

11. Litigation history of the bidder in Statement ?VII.

12. Proof of liquid assets as per Annexure ?I(B) / I(A)

13. List of other certificates enclosed, if any.
