Tender Notice for Providing Manpower services of 2 Nos of House Keeping to O/o SEE(Projects) Rural Circle Bengaluru and EEE Projects Division KPTCL Kolar in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be a reputed Manpower providing agency having valid registration certificate issued by Department of Labour/Directorate of Industries and Commerce, GOK for providing House keepers. Documentary proof in the form certificate of registration issued by GOK is to be uploaded

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years (in the last five years) an average annual financial turnover of Rs.5.54 lakhs not less than the amount put to tender. Documentary proof certified by a Charted Accountant is to be uploaded

The tenderer should have provided similar manpower services in State/ Central Government Departments/Organisations, Public Sector/Private Companies/Banks and Financial Institutions , KPTCL /ESCOMs of contract value not less than 50% of tender amount i.,e Rs.2.77 Lakhs per annum evidencing the same, satisfactorily, to at least one reputed organization for a minimum period of One year during the last three financial years .The experience certificate issued by the competent officers(not below the rank of Executive Engineer) are to be uploaded
