The bidder should have similar work experience as per tender items with value of work done not less than 50% of the ECV (i.e., Rs.151.87 Lakhs) in supply, delivery & Installation of SIMILAR ITEMS with atleast 11 different items given as per tender document in any State Government Organization in any One financial year during the last 5 financial years in Hand tools, safety items & Pumps, products

Documentary evidence with Experience certificate issued by a competent authority of cadre not less than the rank of Superintendent of Police / Superintending Engineer should be uploaded

The bidder should upload catalogues, full product specifications of items including all accessories quoted as per tender document, if the bidder fails to upload catalogue of the items including all accessories he will be summarily rejected

The bidder shall submit the IT returns (FY: 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) copies shall be uploaded

The bidder should have PAN, GST Registration Certificate, MSME UDYAM Registration certificate copies shall be uploaded

The bidder should upload the signed and scanned copies of the Annexure I, II & III

& 1 HP Submersible pump Shall be submitted in person to the office of Commissioner, HYDRAA, 7th Floor, Buddha Bhavan, Ranigunj, Secunderabad on or before 08.06.2026 @ 2:00 PM a day before the date for bid submission. The bid of the bidder who has not submitted the samples for the above items within given time will be summarily rejected from the tender

The bidder should be capable to supply all the items within 7 days from the date of issue of LOA in view of MONSOON EMERGENCY ? 2026 and should upload self-declaration duly signed and stamped regarding delivery of all items including all accessories as per tender document, failing which the agency will be summarily rejected and EMD will be forfeited and agency will be blacklisted

All any other relevent documents shall be uploaded as per tender document.

The bidder should have minimum turnover (approx. 50% to that of estimated tender value in any one Financial year during the last (3) financial years of 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25. The bidder shall upload the Annual turnover certificate obtained from the Charted Accountant showing year wise turnover of the agency/firm for the 3 financial years (i.e., from 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 updated for the FY
