The Contractor belonging to the Shedule Tribe should upload the domicile certificate of Karnataka for more than ten years.

The Contractor belonging to the Shedule Tribe should upload the Caste certificate of the respective caste issued by the competent authority. If the Contractor is a firm, then all the partners or members of the firm shall belong to the Scheduled Cast as the case may be. Should upload the individual Scheduled Cast Certificate

The annual turnover of intending bidder shall be equal to the amount put to tender that is Rs 48.00 Lakhs in any one financial years during the last 5 years that is from 2021 22 to 2025 26 in all Classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only. The audit Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant duly showing with UDIN along with income tax return should be uploaded for details Refer tender document

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is equal to AXNX 5 minus B for the detail refer the tender document

The selected bidder should produce MDP Copy while submitting the Bill from the Competitive Authority authorized by the Mines and Geology Department of Karnataka 5 times of royalty amount 40percentag of extra amount of royalty amount and 10percentage of royalty amount deducted towards of Mines Department in the absence MDP. As per Govt order Ltr No. M and GD DCB 2023 24 Dt 07.11.2023

The intending bidder should have in last 5 years that is from 2021 22 to 2025 26 satisfactorily complete at least 90 per of the contract value as a prime contractor at least any type of civil construction works of value not less than 25 percent of the estimated approximate amount to tender of Rs 12.00 lks The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of EE should be upload to the present value of the year 2025 26 of 10 percent per annum
