• Licensing: UTP Bundle for 3 years, FortiGuard coverage incl. FortiCare Premium Support; license activation in the name of IIMA
• Migration: complete migration of firewall config with minimal service interruption, including policies, NAT, VPNs, SD-WAN, routing, certificates, and logs
• Delivery/Support: include migration services and ongoing support as per ATC; warranty period to be confirmed in bid

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• EMD: ₹115,000 (payments terms to be detailed in bid)
• Experience criteria: prior supply/install/commissioning of similar Cat. products in last 3 financial years; single order ≥ ₹20,00,000 or two orders ≥ ₹11,00,000 each or three orders ≥ ₹8,00,000 each; performance certificates required
• Delivery/Migration: migration with minimal downtime; delivery timelines as per contract; option to extend up to ±25% quantity at contracted rates
• Payment terms: to be defined in final contract; may include advance/milestone payments
• Submission docs: GST, PAN, experience certificates, financial statements, EMD documents, OEM authorizations, technical bid, and compliance confirmations
• Warranty & Penalties: warranty terms and LD provisions to be finalized; ensure TEC/GR compliance
