Details of value of Electrical Engineering works executed in the last 10 financial years by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates.

Details of similar works completed (not less than 90% of physical contract value) by the bidder during the last 10 financial Years in Statement-II with supporting certificates

Details of required Physical Quantities of work executed by the bidder in the last 10 financial years in Statement ? III with supporting certificates.

Scanned copy of declaration on critical equipment owned/leased on non -judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- along with sufficient proof of documents such as Latest Certificate issued by E.E / Invoices / registration certificate should be enclosed as per Tender Conditions 3.2.G(1) & Statement -V.

Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates issued by the Executive Engineer concerned and countersigned by Superintending Engineer and also details of tenders Participated/submitted in Statement-IV(B).

CA Certificate for non-availing the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) / Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) during last five (5) financial years and continuing to be under the same as on the date of tendering.

Availability of Key Personnel in Statement-VI along with qualification certificates and consent letters to work with the bidder.

Litigation history of the bidder in Statement -VII

EMD of Rs. 9,75,000/- in the shape of in the shape of BG in favour of SE, IC, Kodad for a period of 3 months / Online payment / Challan Receipt.

Liquid assets / credit facilities of not less than Rs.475.00 Lakhs excluding the existing commitments from Banks shall be equivalent to 3 months estimated cash flow in peak construction period in the form of Annexure-I(B)
