Copy of contractor?s registration certificate under appropriate class with Government of Telangana.

EMD: Copy of online payment/ Bank Guarantee towards EMD, as specified in bid document

Copy of permanent Account Number (PAN) Card and copy of Latest Income tax returns.

Copy of GST Registration Certificate and GST Registration certificate and latest GST returns certificate of Government of Telangana. GST returns shall be for the preceding quarter i.e., three (3) months before the month of tendering

Details of value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last 10 financial years (i.e. from 2016-17 to 2025-26) by the Bidder in Statement-I with supporting certificates.

Details of existing commitments of the bidder i.e., works on hand in Statement-IV-A with Supporting Certificates and also details of tenders submitted in Statement- IV-(B)

Availability of Key & critical construction and quality control equipments with the bidder in Statement-V and required supporting documents as specified in bid document

Availability of key personnel with the bidder for administration / site management and execution viz., technical personnel required for the work (Statement-VI) required supporting documents as specified in bid document

Information regarding any litigation, with Government during the last Ten years, in which the Bidder is involved in Statement-VII.

Availability of working capital for the work: Net Liquid assets / Credit facilities of not less than Rs.322.84 Lakhs excluding the existing commitments obtained from Nationalized/ Scheduled Commercial Banks shall be equivalent to three (3) months estimated average cash flow in peak construction period in the form of Annexure ?I (B).
