Tender Notice for Procurement Services in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA

1. The tenderer will not be required to quote item wise rates but to quote clearly his willingness to execute the work at percentage excess or less over estimated value indicated in Schedule-A. 2. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons. 3. 1% EMD should accompany on onlikne in favour of Commissioner, GHMC 4. The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25 percentage less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (Correct ASD percentage amount (equal or greater than) must be uploaded. If not, the Agency will be rejected and action will be initiated on the Agency for further Tenders. The date of demand draft should be after date of Tender Notice. 6. The successful tenderer has to submit original DD of ASD within 1 working day for confirming the tender, otherwise the tender to the bidder will be canceled. 7. Even though the tender meet the above qualification criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if they have made misleading or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirement; and / or record of proof performance such as abandoning the works, not properly completing the contract inordinate delays in completion, litigation history or financial failure etc. 8. The tenderer particular attention is drawn to the section and clauses in the standard preliminary specification dealing with:- 1. Test, Inspection & rejection of defective materials and work. 2. Carriage. 3. Construction plant. 4. Water and lighting. 5. Cleaning up during progress and for delivery. 6. Accidents. 7. Delays. 8. Particulars of payment. The tenderer should closely read all the above clauses, which govern the offer, which he is tendering. 9. The following rate of progress will be required to be maintained by the contractor as minimum. Percentage of work to be completed based on the contract lump-sum amount within a period of 90 days is as follows. 1st 30 days -------25%-------------- 2nd 30 days--------75%-------------- 3rd 30 days-------100%------------- 10.The successful tenderer shall have to employ the following technical staff on full time basis to be available at site. From Rs.50, 000 to 1,00,000---------------------------- One I.T.I. Candidate. From Rs.One Lakh to 5 Lakhs-------------------------- One Diploma Holder. Between Rs.Five Lakhs to 15 Lakhs--------------------One Graduate Engineer or Two Diploma Holders. Above Rs.15 Lakhs--------------------------------------- One Graduate Engineer & One Diploma Holders. 11. The Contractor hereby holds himself liable and responsible for all consequences that may arise by damages, accident, whether diligent or otherwise during progress of the work. And the Contractor has to fulfill his obligations by restoring or consequences that caused during the execution. 12. Arbitration Act: In case of any dispute or difference between the parties to the contract, either during the progress or after completion of the work or breach of the contract, difference or dispute as to the interpretation of the contract may referred to the following as per G.O.Ms.No.430 Irrigation (IBRV) Department dated 24-10-1983. 13. Guarantee: As per the Manufacture guarantee period for the items supplied. 14. Eligibility of registered contractors: 1) Contractor with valid registration certificate of Class-I and Class – III up to 20.00 lakhs works (Electrical), As per G.O Ms No.21 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 13-04-2017 & As per G.O Ms No.94 I & CAD Dept. Govt. Dt. 01-07-2003– A License with Validity 2) Electrical contractor’s Electrical Grade – A License with Validity 3) Copy of PAN allotment. 4) Copy of TS GST Registration Certificate. 5) Copy of Experience Certificate. 6) 1% EMD and Transaction Fee Details. 7) The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25 percentage less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (Correct ASD percentage amount (equal or greater than) must be uploaded. If not, the Agency will be rejected and action will be initiated on the Agency for further Tenders. 15. The agreement will be concluded Immediately . 16. The work should be started as per field requirement. 17. The work should be completed as per field requirement. 18. The work should be started as per the schedule time other wise the agreement will be terminated without further notice. 19. The Contractor should be submitted hard copy per each work 20. Contractor should submit work plan at the time of entering into agreement. 21. Quantity of Estimate material may be varied as per the field requirements. 22. Must and should Fix MCB's with cover as per the estimate and instructions of field engineer for shock proof and safety. If not fixed MCB's with cover action will be initiated against the agency as per the higher authority instructions without any notice. If any untoward incident occurs agency will be held responsible. 26. Payment Terms & Conditions: 1. Payment will be made as per the terms & conditions of GHMC 2. Tax invoice shall be produced for all items like fixtures, chockes, bulbs, poles and cables. 3. No bills will be entertained without original Tax invoices. 26. GHMC or Vupadhi Techno Services Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible in any way for any failure of the bidders in submission of the bids using the e-procurement online system. 27. The Executive Engineer, Kavadiguda Circle-40, Sec-bad Zone, GHMC reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons therefore.
