Self-declaration on a Rs. 100/- bond paper for not being black listed by any Government/Semi-Government institution or private enterprises and Non Elected Member.
Statement of past performance of at least 3 years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 in supply of outsource Man power service to Government/Semi-Government institution.
The Tenderer shall be either a company, firm, Individual proprietorship, Non-Governmental Organization who are registered under Law, Cooperative societies who are registered under society Act.
The Tenderer should furnish Bankers Cheque of Rs. 25.00 Lakhs from any Nationalized Bank in the favour of Senior Geologist, Dept of Mines & Geology, Udupi District and submit in the FORM NO 9 of the Tender document.
Trade License Copy
Work done certificate of similar nature of work executed in the Last 3 years i.e 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Service Charge less than 3% will be rejected.
