Elected members, blacklisted organizations will not be allowed to participate in the tender. And it is mandatory to submit an original copy of an affidavit on a printed paper of Rs. 100.00 stating that they are not blacklisted and not an elected member. Affidavit as per Anneure-04 1st Party Tenderer Name, 2nd Party Name- PDO Administrator shivalli GP should be uploaded.
It is mandatory to upload official documents of supply of goods/materials to at least 2 government agencies as per the current tender.
Technical bid and financial bid will be opened separately. Only the firm/supplier/selected in the technical bid will be considered for opening the financial bid. The consent letter for this should be attached in the self-declaration letter of the tenderer in Annexure-3.
Tenderers shall submit copies of complete income tax returns regarding income tax payment in lines 2023-24 and 2024-25.
I understand that the payment of the bill for the goods will be made from the Revenue Recovery (Class-2) Fund and as per the availability of the 15th Financial Plan & 16th Financial Plan and Drinking Water Grant and I must abide by it.
Work orders should be obtained after samples of the materials are brought and displayed.
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
