5. General Requirement. a) The Civil Contractors having appropriate class of Registration with Government of Telangana are eligible. The registration shall be as per the following G.O s i. G.O.Ms.No. 94, I & CAD (PW_COD) Dept Dt. 1-7-2003. ii. G.O.Ms.No.130, I & CAD (PW-Reforms) Dept., Dt.22-05-2007 iii. G.O.Ms.No.174,I& CAD (PW-Reforms)Dept., Dt.01-09-2008. iv. G.O.Ms.No.66, I&CAD (PW-Reforms) Dept., Dt.20.4.2015. b) EMD 1% Rs.43142.00/- in the form of BG/ Online Payment in favour of Commissioner, GHMC taken on or after the tender notice. In case of B.G, validity of B.G. shall be 6 months from bid submission closing date as prescribed in the standard format issued by any Scheduled / Nationalized Bank. c) PAN Card d) Latest Income Tax Returns e) GST registration f) Turn over certificate On civil engineering works certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN number 6. Similar Nature of work: The bidder should have satisfactory completed, as prime contractor similar nature of works i.e. CC Road works” (Capital / Maintenance/ Up gradation or combined) of value not less than Rs. 87.00 Lakhs at the current price level in any one financial year during the last 10 financial years i.e. from 2016-17 to 2025-26 duly updated by giving 10% simple weightage per year to bring them to 2026-27 price level. NOTE: The experience gained in the name of bidder as sub-contractor and who were officially sub-let and certified by the Executive Engineer of equal or above rank of state or central Government Departments / Undertaking / Organizations / Autonomous Bodies etc., shall only be considered. In case the bidder has officially sublet a portion of work and certified by state or central Government Department / Undertaking / Organizations / Autonomous Bodies etc., shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliance with qualifying criteria. The experience of the sub-contractor will not be counted towards the experience of the main contractor. i) Executed the following minimum quantities in any one financial year during the last ten financial years. As per G.O. Ms. No. 372, Date.28.09.2012 of M.A. &UD (K1) Dept. 7. Physical Quantities: The bidder should have executed the following minimum quantities of items of work given below, as a prime contractor in any one financial year during the last ten financial years i.e., from 2016-17 to 2025-26. Bid Capacity Assessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (3AN – B) should be greater than ECV i.e. Rs. 43.14 Lakhs. The assessed available Bid Capacity of bidders as per formula (3AN-B) shall be greater than the estimate contract value. A= Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last Ten years from 2016-17 to 2025-26 (updated to current Price level i.e., 2026-27 price level) taking into account the works completed as well as works in progress. N= Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which Tenders are invited. B= Updated value (at current price level) of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of work for which Tenders are invited. Annual Financial turnover and cost of completed/ongoing works of previous years, shall be updated by giving weight age of 10% per year to bring them to current price level 2026-27 price level. The Sub Contractors / GPA holders experience shall not be taken into account in determining the bidder’s compliances with the qualifying criteria as per Go.Ms.No. 94, I& CAD, dt: 01-07-2003. 9. Availability of key Technical personnel with experience: The bidder should furnish the availability of the following Key technical personnel having degree / diploma in Engineering with relevant experience.
