Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Corrigendum / Modifications / Correction, if any, will be published in the website only

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

The Tenderer shall scan Original Work done certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening.

The Tender Inviting Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever

The Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Conditional BANKERS CERTIFICATE/LINE OF CREDIT will not be accepted.

Un Successful Tenderer EMD Amount will be return after completion of successful tenderer document verification and CMC Administration/Council Tender approval

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government/Government of India/Union Territory.

Tenderers are Required to read the Bid Documents Carefully before Submission of their Bid.

The tenderer should abide by all the terms and conditions laid under Standard Bid Document as per KTPP Act.

The successful bidder has to pay amount as per the agreed Monthly rental charges

The bidder should quote the rate by considering all O&M expenses i.e. Price including cost of material, repairs, manpower, taxes, statutory obligations, other charge able which hare sole responsibility of the bidder/service provider.

If the bid is found irrelevant with regard to the price quoted or other factors the award of tender/contract will be rejected/terminated at the discretion of the The Municipal Commissioner, Hootagalli CMC
