Submit: GST registration, PAN card, experience certificates for towel supply, audited financial statements, EMD documentation if applicable, technical bid showing IS 854 compliance, OEM authorizations if needed, and NABL/ILAC test reports on demand.

Towels must be IS 854 compliant. Test reports from NABL/ILAC accredited labs or a Central Government Lab are required to demonstrate conformity; advance samples must be approved before bulk manufacturing.

Advance samples must be submitted within 21 days of contract award. The buyer provides a modification list within 10 days of sample receipt; supply must align with approved sample to avoid delays.

Pre-dispatch inspection is conducted at seller premises or designated place; external inspection charges fall on the Buyer; the goods are released only after clearance; 7-day inspection window applies after notice.

If the Buyer delays sample approval, the delivery period is reset without liquidated damages for the period of delay; ensure timely email communication to avoid schedule impact.

Bidders must determine applicable GST; the Buyer reimburses GST as actuals or at the applicable rate (whichever is lower) up to the quoted GST percentage; ensure GST compliance in bid pricing.

Scope is strictly the supply of goods (towels). Manufacturing or installation services are not included; ensure advance sample alignment and QA/testing conform to IS 854 before shipment.
