Notarize copy of Valid Electrical Contractor License of the suitable class in the name of the bidder, issued from the competent government licensing authority.

"Notarize copy of experience certificate/s of similar nature and magnitude of work carried by the Contractor in Last 5 Years in any Government Organization. i.e. SITC of Lift/elevator "

"Notarize copy of List of Tools, Plants, Machine available with the bidder for use on the respective work for which prospective bidder is submitting the tender. "

The Bidder should submit affidavit on Rs.1000.00 non-judicial stamp declaring that participating agency/bidder has not been blacklisted, debarred, declared non-performer or expelled by Union Govt/State Govt / PSU's during the last 5 years, and in case any ambiguity is noticed in the documents submitted at any stage, we shall be entirely responsible and liable for any action as deemed fit under the law" shall be submitted by the Firm/Agency with Technical bid.
