Form with Back. All as shown on drawing .Overall size shalll be 1800mm long,510mm wide and 900mm high.Steel frame shall be of 25mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6mm.Frame at steel level shall be 300mm wide and at bottom of legs,level shall be 460mm wide.Stiffeners of 25mm square tube shall be provided at bottom.Top of side stiffeners shall be at 100mm from bottom.25mm square tube shall be stiffened with long stiffener made to shape welded in the middle of side stiffener .Wooden seat shall be of teak wood in one piece and of size 1800mm long,255mm wide and 25mm thick bolted to frame with 3mm dia GI bolts fixed with nuts & washers.Steel frame shall be 1500mm long in such a way that teak wood shall project 1500mm from frame on each side.Back rest of wood shall be 1800mm long 150mm wide and 19mm thick fixed to steel frame with GI bolts & nuts and washers .All steel and iron surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces.Painting shalll be done with spray machine.All wood surfaces exposede to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish.Legs shall have four hard rubber shoes.(This drawing has been superseded by drawing No.FD 77M)

Chair Writing. The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant..Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer.Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr In Charge. Notice Board. Over all size shall be 1830mm long and 150mm deep and 1220mm high. 25mmx75mm Teak wood frame with 6mm Thick MDF edging all round shall be provided as shown on drawing.19mm thick soft wood shall be fixed in side frame over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed as shown on drawing.On thick soft wood board shall be fixed in side the frame over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed on drawing.On front side 22mmx10mm aluminium channel shall be provided in side of particle board frame to house 4mm thick glass shutter .Rest all as per drg. All wooden expose surfaces shall be french polished two coats after preparation of surfaces.All Dimensions shape and size shall be followed as per drg.All joints,fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications.Rest all as shown on drg. Chair ComputerChair Computer. The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30 percentage glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant.
