The Consultancy firm should be registered. The Copy of Firm Registration issued by Telangana Government should be filed by the consultancy firm as per NIT

The consultancy Firm shall possess laboratory accredited of NABL. (The Agencies are not allowed joint ventures and Tie-up with other agencies) as per NIT

Bidder shall submit litigation history in statement VII

Bidder should submit the proof of having Key technical persons (minimum 2 members with minimum qualification of diploma in civil engineering with minimum 2 years of experience.)

The firm should submit pan card details and latest IT Returns.

The registered office or one of the branch offices of the agency shall be located within a radius of 60 kilometres from Jammikunta Municipality. In case the agency does not presently operate a laboratory or branch laboratory, the successful bidder shall, within one month from the date of agreement: as per NIT

The Consultancy firm should have valid GST registration and should file recent GST returns as per NIT

The consultancy firm should have valid ESI and EPF registration Certificate as per NIT

The Consultancy Firm shall have successfully undertaken inspection of civil works for a minimum period of Three (3) years within the last Seven (7) years, specifically for Departments under the Government of Telangana. (Proof should be submitted) as per NIT

The Commissioner, Jammikunta Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

The bidder shall upload any other document specifically mentioned in the uploaded NIT, non submission of such documents will be treated as non-compliance and the bid shall be liable for rejection
