work Experiences : Minimum 03 Years of work experience of similar work (Management, Housekeeping and Catering) of Government/Semi Government/PSU/Private Organization of National/International Importance.)
Similar nature of work Requirement: - Minimum Single work of similar nature of Management Housekeeping and Catering in Govt. / Semi Govt./PSU/Private firm during last 5 years ending March-2022 are eligible to participate. The Experience Certificate should be issued by the authority not less than the E.E. Rank. In case of Private firm the certificate issued by head of the institution must be certified by Retired EE/S.E./C.E./Equivalent Rank/Certified valuer of income tax/Scheduled Banks of India.
Minimum financial Requirements : Contractor?s average Annual Turnover of last Five audited Financial years must not be less than 50 Lakh. Tenderer shall submit last five years audited financial statement (Profit Loss Statement) duly attested by Certified C.A. Net worth of applicants must be positive.
Mandatory Documents : The bidder should/produce/Attached Valid PAN, GST Registration and GST clearance Certificate and latest copy of IT Returns (For Last 5 Financial Year), ESIC PF and GST registration. (Proof to be submitted /attached).
Blacklist/ Debarred : Applicant must not have been blacklisted or deregistered or debarred by any Govt. / Semi Govt./ PSU undertaking during last five years. IT should be submitted as affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper attested by Notary after publish of Tender/Quotation.
No Litigation / Arbitration : Undertaking on Non-Judicial stamp paper attested by Public Notary certifying that for applicant not involved in any litigation/arbitration or no case pending in any court against them during the last 05 years. after publish of Tender/Quotation.
Similar Nature of Work : The similar nature of work defines the work experience in the following field . HOUSEKEEPING-Cleaning and Maintaining a Building, Toilet, Campus, Road, Drainage, Sewer, Garden, etc., CATERING-Providing Catering Services for Minimum 02 Guest per Day, Gardening and Horticulture-Maintenance of Garden etc., Fire Fighting System-Operation and maintenance of Fire Fighting System, Security System-Deployment of Security Guard Round the Clock, D.G. Sets-Operation and Maintenance of DG Sets
Manpower Skill and discipline: All the manpower deployed must be well trained in their work and be disciplined at work site. Must come to site in uniform with name tagged, arrive timely, sincerely do their work, neat and clean well behaved and mannered.
Termination : The Contract May be terminated by giving one months? notice, in case the agency : a. Assigns or Sublets any of this service. b. Violation/Contravention of any of the terms and conditions mentioned here in. c. Does not improve the performance of the services in spite of instructions. d. Any violation of instruction/agreement or suppression of facts. e. Contractor being declared insolvent by competent court of law. If agency willing to exit this Contract, a two months? notice in advance should be produced by the agency. On termination of the contract, it shall be the responsibility of the agency to remove his men, machinery, and materials within days as per order. BCD shall not indemnify any loss caused to the agency by such terminations, whatsoever it may be. During the notice period for termination of the contract in the situation contemplated above the agency shall keep on discharging his duties still the expiry of notice period.
Penalty : In case of premature termination of the contract due to any of the above clause, the security amount shall be for feited.
BCD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons. No bidder shall have any cause of action or claim against the BCD for rejection of his proposal.
