Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of Karnataka Public procurement portal KPPP due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

Bidder shall pay catalogue Management module processing fees of 0.3% of the PO value(Min Rs.53/- & Max Rs.3000) soon after PO has been issued to bidder.

The bidder should abide to all terms & Conditions of the tender document attached.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the Goods similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The Goods offered for supply must be of the most recent batches incorporating the latest improvements in quality and in respect of Micro & Small Enterprises 40% in any one of the last two years. The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be Rs Usually not less than estimated cost of the quantity in the tender document. It will be 50% of the estimated cost of the quantity with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises during the last 3 preceeding financial years last 02 preceeding financial years with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises. Ending on the relevant financial year.

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided

The Manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC

The tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 10 months on the date of the tender opening.

The successful bidder shall execute all transactions in Contract Management Module after issue of Letter of Intent/order as per Government Circular dated:25.07.2024 and bidder shall consider all transactions cost while quoting the bid

The Contract period shall be applicable for 12 Months
