Invitation to Bid - Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1. The work should be taken up during the Annual overhaul of unit-X for the year 2026-27. 2. Department is not responsible for any accidents to labour engaged. 3. Consumables and T&P for the above work will be given by the department. 4. TGGENCO will intimate the agency when the work has to be taken up during the Unit-10 overhaul. 5. The bidder should produce TIME Sheets and related documents of subject work which is to be carried out during the overhaul before placing the Purchase Order. The Billing should be made on actual quantities only. 5. The firm’s Service Engineer is responsible for managing all risk factors and safety measures during work. 6. The firm must arrange insurance for service personnel deputed to KTPS-V&VI Stage during the contract period. 7. The firm is solely responsible for any accidents, damages to equipment, or untoward incidents during the work. TGGENCO will not be liable for personnel safety, material loss, or tools/ equipment (T&P) during execution. 8. The firm/contractor representative should be easily available to concerned officers through phone & mail. There should be no delays in communicating with concerned officers 9. All Taxes and Insurances are extra as per TGGENCO Rules and Regulations. 10. Contractor has to follow all rules and labour laws in force. 11. Delivery Period: The work should be commenced and completed during the Unit-10 overhaul period as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. 12. If there is any loss to the GENCO property due to the negligence of the contractors employed by the contractor, the contractor has to make good the losses assessed by D.E/ BM/KTPS-V Stage. 13. The work shall be carried out strictly as per the specification and instructions of the TGGENCO Engineers and their entire satisfaction. 14. PENALTY: i). If the contractor has fails to complete the work within the prescribed time, a penalty at the rate of ½ % (half) per cent of the total value of the contract for every week or part thereof limited to maximum of 5% will be imposed on the Specific acceptance of this value should be indicated by the contractor in this quotation. 15. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: If the work is not progressing to the entire satisfaction of D.E/BM /KTPS-V Stage, the C.E/O&M/KTPS-V & VI stages and SE/O&M/KTPS-V Stage may terminate the contract giving 3 days notice. The orders of C.E/O&M/KTPS-V & VI stages are final & binding on the contractor. No dispute will be entertained in this regard. 16. 0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025 17. TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour/Service person while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted
