To qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have required bid capacity. To calculate Bid capacity it will require financial turnover in last five years period i.efrom 2021-22 to 2025-26. The turnover Certificate should be issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed mention UDIN No. The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10percent each year. FY 2026-27 AS PER NIT

The bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total value. The available bid capacity is calculated AS PER NIT

A valid copy of Caste certificate issued by Tahasildar of the concerned Taluka duly attested by the Gazetted officer for only contractors who belongs to Category-II A

The contractor belonging to the Category-II A shall be the domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 years. Hence Relevant Domicile certificate of bidder for applying to works at shall be scanned and attached to e-tender document
