Prepare GST certificate, PAN, OEM authorization, experience certificates, audited financials or CA certificate, EMD proof, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate, and technical compliance certificates. Ensure ISI marking for preferred items and IS 10322 compliance.

Cables must meet IS 7098 (Part 1) with Q2 rating; ensure XLPE insulation, outer sheath, conductor details, marking on cable, and NABL/Govt lab test reports availability. Include type test reports and conformity with applicable cable standards.

Delivery period is governed by contract terms with option to extend; initial delivery from order date; if quantity increases by up to 25%, adjust lead time using the formula (increased/original quantity) × original delivery period with a minimum 30 days.

EMD amount is ₹81,724. Submit proof of payment along with bid and ensure it is submitted as per GeM tender terms; EMD acts as bid security for the LED luminaires, MCCBs, and XLPE cable specifications.

Authorized distributors must submit Manufacturer Authorization/OEM certificate detailing name, designation, address, email, and phone. This is mandatory for items requiring brand-specific supply, ensuring OEM-backed warranties and service.

Warranty for free replacement is required per item; penalties or liquidated damages apply for late delivery or non-conformance. Specific LD rates and warranty period details will be in the contract; ensure compliance with ISI/IEC standards to avoid penalties.
