Payments will be done as per seniority of the bid submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC

Agencies shall not depend on payment of part bill to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills

For all works costing Rs. 20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies in any circumstance.

The tenderer who have quoted over and above 25 percentage less over ECV the ASD amount should be paid online ( Commissioner, GHMC) at the time of agreement.

Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last 10 years updated Price levels taking into account the completed as well as works in progress This value should be certified by Registered C.A mentioned Membership number along with UDIN Code only accepted. Otherwise tender will not be accepted

Available bid capacity 3AN-B should be more than estimated contract value for the eligibility criteria

Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the period of completion of works for which tenders are invited

In any circumstances the agency is not allowed to cancel the tender/work unless it is a genuine reason.If the agency wants to cancel the work without any valid reason he will be suspended for a period of one year in participating tenders in Serilingampally circle-49

The must ensure that the vehicle (Tractor) deployed should be of model 2015 or after with valid vehicle documents like RC, fitness, pollution, insurance, Driver license certificate and relevant valid documents, the vehicle should be own or if on lease (MOU for 5 months valid from date of tender)

The awarded agency must and shall work as per the requirement at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Deploy/arrange men,material & machinery, work with all the safety gear whenever required at site and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge during the complete agreement period
