The back shall be injection moulded in glass filled polypropylene compound and upholstered with mesh fabric. The seat size shall be 500 mm Width x 480 mm depth and the back size shall be 530 mm W x 390 mm H with tolerance plus 5mm to minus 5mm. The high resilience HR polyurethane seat foam shall be moulded with density 45 plus minus 2 kg per metre cube and hardness 16 plus minus 2 kgf as per IS 7888 for 25 percent compression. The powder coated welded tubular understructure shall be made from diametre 25.4 plus minus 0.3 mm x 2.0 plus minus 0.16 mm and dia19.0 plus minus 0.3 mm x 1.2 plus minus 0.096 mm M.S. ERW tubes with powder coating thickness of 50 plus minus 10 microns. The arm rests shall be made of glass filled polypropylene compound and assembled over the tubular frame. The chair shall be provided with a 360 degree revolving base plate mechanism with height adjustment feature. Pneumatic seat height adjustment shall have a stroke of 120 plus minus 3 mm. The pedestal assembly shall be fabricated from 2.0 pus minus 0.2 mm thick HR sheet conforming to IS 1079 HR, powder coated with DFT 40 to 60 microns, and fitted with an injection moulded black polypropylene hub cap and five twin wheel castors. The pedestal shall have a pitch centre diameter of 600 plus minus 5 mm 700 plus minus 10 mm with castors. The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in black polyamide. The overall dimensions of the chair shall be 700 mm Wx 700 mm D x 855 to 975 mm H with seat height adjustable from 430 mm to 550 mm.
