The EMD is ₹10,725. Acceptable payment methods include DD favoring WCL Majri Area, Warora or RTGS/NEFT online transfer; proof of payment must be uploaded with the bid, and hard copies delivered within 5 days of bid end/open.

Units must be ISI marked to IS 1391 (Part 2) with BEE Star Rating and compliance documentation. The tender requires a minimum warranty on the air conditioner, plus specific warranties on the compressor and PCB; ensure documentation aligns with these standards.

Under the option clause, the purchaser may increase or decrease quantity by up to 25% at contracted rates, during or after contract, with delivery time adjusted per the formula and a minimum extension of 30 days.

Invoices must be raised in the consignee name and include the GSTIN of the consignee. Ensure OEM authorization is verifiable and the billing aligns with the final delivered quantity under the option clause.

If bidding through authorized distributors or service providers, bidders must submit an OEM/Manufacturer Authorization detailing name, designation, address, email, and phone, to validate product provenance and ISI/BEE compliance.

Delivery expectations align with the contract’s delivery schedule and option clause; if quantity changes occur, the extended period is computed as (additional quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.
