Bids are Invited For Procurement of Automotive Batteries. in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Factory Inspection: The Committee of NWKRTC will carry out factory inspection of the firms who participate in the tender to ascertain infrastructure of the firm with regard to their offered supply capacity (the installation of plant and machinery for the manufacture of Batteries) if found necessary before releasing the major orders to any of the new participants by the Committee comprising of Dy.CME, Dy.CAO and Dy COS&P. The firms who are on ASRTU Rate Contact are exempted from the applicability of factory inspection clause.

Disqualification based on non-supply OR Poor quality OR Failures of test samples and barring of Vendors from participating in future tenders: If any firm has been disqualified for any tender during preceding five years on the basis of non-supply OR quality complaints OR failure of test samples at CIRT Pune /ARAI /CPRI/National Test House Kolkata or any NABL Government Accredited laboratories, the offers of such firm will not be considered for the current tender and will be barred from participating in tenders for future three years.
