The bidder/OEM should have 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
EMD amount deposited by the Bidders/OEM.
Certificate of Three-year onsite warranty of machines & equipment?s
Solvency certificate of Bidder/OEM issued by Scheduled Nationalize Bank
The OEM must submit MSME & NSIC Certificate, if applicable
Factory License of OEM. Process of Manufacturing in the Factory and List of Plant & Machinery should
The bidder / OEM average annual turnover at least Rs.10Cr (Ten Crores) for the last 3 Financial Year
The bidder must submit the copy of PAN Card and GST registration certificate.
OEM must have NABL Calibration Facility on Own or through its Sister Concern.
Bidder should submit valid ISO9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001certificate of OEM.
Details of Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) after the warranty period.
The bidder must provide the hard copies of detailed manuals/brochures with each item/equipment.
