Achieved in at least continuous two financial years a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs 47.87Lakhs. Annual turnover certificate issued by Chartered accountant with UDIN Number for past 5 years
Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 18.90 Lakhs -Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.
Satisfactorily completed at least one similar works of value not less than Rs 23.94 lakhs, as prime contractor
Supply of manpower such as sweeper, loader, drivers, helpers, cleaners, loaders or other sanitation related works to any of the government organization-09 Nos
The tenderer should attach ESI and EPF paid challans for the last recent continuous six months should be uploaded
The tenderer should have in his/Firm name Registered GST Certificate. The tenderer should upload recent financial year GST clearance certificate
The tenderer should have valid PF and ESI Registration
The Tenderer should have valid registration certificate issued by Labour department, Government of Karnataka. Form VI issued by the Assst. Commissioner Labour dept should be attached
The tenderer should upload recent last 3 financial year -2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 ESI and EPF clearance certificate issued by the respective ESI and EPF offices
Eligibility Criteria
Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
Further particulars, if any, required by the bidder can be taken from the Office of The Municipal Commissioner, CMC, Hootagalli during office hours on all working days.
The Employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning reasons
Bidders should abide to all the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Bid Document attached
Any statutory taxers will be deducted as per prevailing Government orders
The total estimated list includes minimum wage, ESI, PF, allowance for equal material and safety equipment and 5% service charge as per Labor Department. While submitting the contractor service charge should not be mentioned as nil and less than the income tax deduction limit. The rate quoted by the organization below minimum 2% service charge will be rejected.
Tenderer should appoint the workers as per women reservation and community reservation as per the karnataka government circular Dated:19-05-2022 and 20-05-2024
As per the Circular No. 1511569/AAOM/AIGI/OUKHIU/205/2024 dated 10/10/2024 issued by the Director, Directorate of Municipal Administration, Bengaluru, the tender for supply of manpower required for Solid Waste Management shall be awarded for a period of three years. The contract agreement shall be continued annually, subject to the condition that the performance of the contractor is evaluated every year and found to be satisfactory. In case the performance is found to be unsatisfactory, the contract agreement shall be cancelled.
