The manufacturers / authorized dealers having M.O.U. with Manufacturers shall enclose a certificate of quality assurance issued by the manufacturer for the said lot stating that the material are confirming to the relevant standard specifications along with certificate issued by notified testing lab in lieu of BIS License

Financial turnover (for item No. 5 in the above table) for the last (3) FYs i.e. 2023 - 24 to 2025 - 26 /from inception of the Company (for new Companies established recently) issued by Chartered Accountant (as per Annexure II).
