Bidders must provide GeM registration, RTO commercial registration, company PAN (or owner PAN), and evidence of prior similar work with ordnance factories or government units in the last 3 years. Include minimum two vehicles not older than 2 years and a Tiruchirappalli office address.

Payment is made monthly within 30 days after submission of all required documents and completion of each delivery cycle. Ensure submission of documents as per scope and a signed scope of work to avoid payment delays.

Delivery is for one year from PO with up to 100 trips or 20,000 KM. CGM inspection or authorized personnel at HEPF, Trichy will verify compliance with scope and vehicle readiness before payment milestones.

Eligibility requires experience with government or PSU bodies in the last 3 years, minimum two vehicles not older than 2 years, and a Tiruchirappalli-based service office. Bidder must be GeM registered and provide vehicle ownership/agreements.

The buyer can adjust contract quantity or duration by up to 50% during award or before final issuance, and then up to 50% after contract issuance. Bidders must accept revised quantities or durations without dispute.

Liquidated damages are 0.5% of the basic cost per week of delay, payable for the undelivered portion, with a maximum of 10%. Taxes apply to the LD amount and the LD excludes taxes in computation.

Participants must be GeM-registered, hold a valid RTO registration, provide company PAN, and demonstrate prior government/ordnance factory experience. Vehicles must be current with ownership or owner agreement and have a Tiruchirappalli office.

The delivery period begins from the date of placement of the supply order and runs for one year, aligning with the 100 trips/20,000 KM cap and inspection milestones set by the CGM.
