The OEM/authorized dealer of OEM should upload an MOU with Super grade Electrical Contractor License Holder, GoK to execute the work under the supervision of OEM as on the date of Bid Submission. In case of authorized dealers, the bidder should provide Consent & authorization letter from OEM for technical support.

To demonstrate of their equipment before the technical evaluation committee on the date which will be intimated later after opening of the techno commercial bid. Failure to demonstrate their equipment on the notified date will lead to rejection of their bid offer.
