Delivery starts after the last date of the original delivery order. If quantity increases, the extension is calculated as (Additional quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Bidders must show minimum average annual turnover for last 3 years; OEMs must meet the same turnover criteria for the offered prefab solution. If the bidder/oem is <3 years old, turnover is based on completed years post-incorporation.

A nominated Inspection Agency will inspect stores on behalf of the Buyer. Successful bidders must coordinate inspection timing, provide samples or documentation as requested, and address any non-conformities to secure timely contract issuance.

Scope includes design, supply, erection and installation of prefabricated living quarters Type IV and associated supports for the BR0 project; the exact partitioning, utilities integration, and finishes will be defined in contractual BOQ and technical specifications.
