The Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs. 11,56,000.00 as per tender specification.

The bidder should possess GST Registration Certificate and enclose the same as documentary evidence.

Bidder should have the manufacturing capacity of 300 MT per month of High Chrome Grinding Media. (Copy of latest NSIC/ SSI / MSME registration certificate/ Certificate of Registration from the concerned excise department/any other statutory document as a proof of being manufacturer of the required material and which clearly shows the manufacturing capacity shall be uploaded).

The bidder shall upload last 3 years executed purchase orders copies for experience of a minimum of 3 years and shall also upload purchase order copy for supply of at least 300 MT of High Chrome Grinding Media in a single year over past three years i.e. during 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.

The Guaranteed wear rate shall be less than 150 grms/MT of coal crushed. Bidders shall upload the performance/ satisfactory certificate from the end user (any state/Central Govt./Public sectors/private power utilities), clearly showing that the wear rate is less than 150 grms/MT of the coal crushed and performance is satisfactory shall be uploaded as documentary evidence for guaranteed wear rate

The Bidder should have Electric heat treatment equipment. Certificate from the chartered Engineer certifying that the firm is having the Electric Heat treatment equipment shall be uploaded as documentary evidence.

The bidders shall enclose a Solvency certificate for an amount of Rs.264 Lakhs issued by any Nationalized bank or any Scheduled bank which is not older than 12 months from the date of availability of tender specification on e-Procurement platform.

The bidders should have an average annual financial turnover of atleast Rs. 264 Lakhs during the past three (03) years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) certified by the Charted Accountant. Further, the bidders have to furnish Balance Sheet and P&L accounts for the last 2 to 3 years.

The bidder shall upload all the schedules-I to XIII duly filled and signed & stamped and also upload the Schedule-XIV Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQPs) duly signed & stamped.
