Copy of Critical equipment Owned / Lease should be certified by the Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

In Case of Bank Guarantee, the same should be issued in favor of Superintending Engineer, PR, Ranga Reddy for a period of Six Months and Should be in the Prescribed Proforma of SBD,Other than Proformas will be rejected.

The information on existing commitments and ongoing Govt. works with supporting certificates.

Field QC laboratory equipment certificate with proof issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

Copy of Contractors valid registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana

Copy of Latest SARAL Form submitted to the IT Department.

Proof of liquid assets in the shape of solvency certificate for the required amount not earlier than one year. The Certificate Must be in the proforma annexure - I of SBD. Other than the prescribed Format will be Rejected.

Annual Turnover certificate certified by CA along with balance sheet including Profit loss statements or Experience certificates of civil engineering works completed by contractor with in block period issued by Executing authority and countersigned by SE

Self Declaration by the bidder that he is not black listed and owning the responsibility of uploaded on line.

The bidders shall upload necessary location, Working condition and distance certificate of the Hot mix plant issued by the concerned DPRE/EE, PR where the work site is located.

If lease HOT MIX - 40 TO 60 TPH or BATCHMIX PLANT 100-120 TPH, upload the supporting lease agreement Document copy.

The tenderer / bidder should Have a Own/lease HOT MIX - 40 to 60 TPH with Mechanical paver Within 70 KM Distance / Batch type Hot Mix plant 100-120 TPH with Mechanical paver Within 100 Km distance from the work spot and the declaration should be given by the bidder/ tenderer on Rs.100/- non-judicial stamp paper Proof certificate should be issued from the concerend DPRE/EE where worksite is located

The Bidders shall exhibit proof of Own/lease HOT MIX - 40 TO 60 TPH with Mechanical paver Distance - 70km, concerned DPRE DISTANCE CERTIFICATE to be issued OR BATCHMIX PLANT 100-120 TPH with Mechanical paver , Distance 70/100 KM DPRE CONCERNED should issue distance certificate.
