Within 15 days of award, submit Detailed Design Drawings; buyer will approve or provide modification list within 15 days. All supply must follow approved drawings; delays by buyer freeze delivery schedule without LD for delay duration.

The bid requires an EMD of ₹4,050,000. Ensure payment method aligns with tender terms; prepare bank guarantee or demand draft as per procurement guidelines and attach with bid submission.

Bidder or OEM must have 2+ years of regular govt/PSU UAV-related supply experience, provide relevant contract copies, and ensure products have at least 5 years residual market life; installation/training by OEM-certified personnel is required if scope includes such tasks.

Delivery must occur at INS Abhimanyu, Naval Station Karanja, Uran, Navi Mumbai 400704; installation, testing, and commissioning, if included, to be performed by OEM-certified resources or authorized resellers.

An End User Certificate is required when bidders request it; it must be provided in the buyer’s standard format. Ensure readiness to supply this document to meet contract compliance.

If the buyer delays approval of Detailed Design Drawings, the delivery period is reset to accommodate the delay with no liquidated damages; bidders should plan contingencies and coordinate closely with the buyer for timely feedback.
