Manpower Strength - Bidding firm should have at least 200 manpower strength having requisite education, qualification, and experience in their direct payroll- Form 5D Self-certification from the HR Head of the organization

Project Management Experience - Bidder should have executed /be executing of minimum duration two 2 years years a minimum of Three 3 contracts of similar nature from distinct clients, over the past 5 years in Skill Development/TVET sector. Bidders must furnish details of projects executed in India only

Registration-The Bidder should be a company registered under Companies Act, 1956 or a partnership firm registered under LLP Act, 2008 operating for the last five years.
