Submit GST certificate, PAN, 3-year govt/PSU supply contracts with copies, audited financials, EMD proof, data sheet, OEM authorization, installation plan, and service center details near the consignee. GST invoice and GST portal payment screenshots must be included.

Offer a 3-year OEM warranty from final acceptance; supply certificates from OEM; establish India-wide service centers; installation and commissioning by OEM-certified personnel; provide post-sales troubleshooting and maintenance capabilities with local service centers near the consignee.

Scope includes supply, on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training at the Hyderabad consignee location; ensure delivery readiness within the project timeline and provide installation/training schedule in the proposal.

Bidder must offer equipment with at least 7 years residual market life; must not be end-of-life by the OEM within that period; provide proof via OEM lifecycle documentation and contracts showing ongoing support.

Invoice must be raised in the consignee’s name with their GSTIN; bidder should attach GST portal payment screenshots; reimbursement will be as per actual GST or applicable rate, whichever is lower, up to the quoted GST percentage.

Bid price must cover supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and operator training; include any required statutory clearances; data sheets must align with offered product; installation by OEM-certified personnel is mandatory.
