Contract Bidding Open For Procurement Services in MAHABUBABAD, TELANGANA

The Bidder should have an experience of erection of 50% of 33 KV line (OR) 33KV (or) higher voltage put together of the bid quantities and 50% of ?M? type towers erection work is mandatory on partial turnkey basis in any one financial year in the last ?TEN? financial years i.e., 2016-17 to 2025-26.

The experience certificate issued by the order placing authority (or) officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer / Divisional Engineer indicating (i) Agreement No. & Date (ii) Date of Commencement and Completion of work (iii) Value of the works (iv) Mode of execution (Labour Contract / Semi turnkey / 100% turnkey) are compulsory. The experience certificate(s) is (are) mandatory.

The bidder should produce financial turn over during the last TEN years (FY 2016-17 to 2025-26). Certificate issued by Registered Chartered Accountant with UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) must be uploaded. The certificate is mandatory.

The Bidder should have the bid capacity not less than the estimated contract value or value of work put to tender.

(i) The bidder shall produce the statement showing the value of existing commitment and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be issued by the State/Central Government Department/ Under takings not below the rank of Executive Engineer or the officer of equivalent rank and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer or the offic

(ii) The bidder shall produce a declaration (as mentioned below) duly indicating the Bid number of particular work on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.200/- duly notarized along with statement showing the value of existing commitment and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works.Either (i) or (ii) documents are Mandatory

The copies of the certificates produced by the tenderer shall invariably be attested by a Gazetted Officer/Notary. Otherwise, they will be summarily rejected and will not be taken into consideration

The bidder should have valid A-grade License issued by Electrical Inspector/ Valid Electrical Contract License from any State Govt. and produce at the time of submission of bid. The certificate is mandatory.

Bid Security @ 2% on ECV should be submitted at the time of submission of bid (through Online payment). It is mandatory.

The bidder should produce valid Firm Registration in TGNPDCL at the time of submission of bid. The certificate is mandatory.

The bidder should produce valid PAN card before issuing of LOA.The bidder should produce valid Goods & Service Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) before issuing of LoA.

The bidder should produce valid EPF registration before issuing of LoA.

To consider the subcontract experience, the experience certificate must be issued by the authority specified in the concluded agreement along with the approval from agreement authority. This certificate is mandatory

a. The bid capacity for SC/STs, Waddera and Sagara (Uppara) Contract Co-operative Societies and individuals belonging to the said communities contractors shall be followed as per standard bid document

The bidders have to furnish an undertaking in the prescribed format given in Section-2 ANNEXURE-I & ANNEXURE-II disclosing their relationship with the officers/Chief General Managers of TGTRANSCO/DISCOM failing which the tenders will be rejected. Any false information furnished in the declaration will render the contract liable for termination as well as recovery of damages.
