1 Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
2It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
3EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
4The EMD amount submitted by the agency should govern the following conditions: The agency should deposit the EMD amount in the kppp -portal using any of the payment modes viz. credit card/direct debit/National Electronic Fund Transfer (NEFT)/ Over the counter (OTC)
5The EMD amount should be in the form of electronic cash (and not through DD) will be maintained in the Nigams Account until the contract is closed. The EMD amount to be paid through electronic cash has to be paid in single transaction.

10The Vehicles provided should be in perfect condition with driver and Vehicle should not be more than three years old. (Vehicle registration must be on or after year 2022).
11The Vehicles to be provided should have valid Comprehensive Insurance at the cost of the transport contractor/Vehicle Owner and with a valid Taxi permit (yellow Board)
12The following certified copies duly attested shall be scanned and attached to E-procurement tender
13A copy of Tours & Travels Registration / Vehicle Owner with validity
14Registration Certificate (RC Book) of the vehicle.
16Emission test certificate.

21Corrigendum / Addendum if any will be published only in the kppp. website for all modifications / Corrections if any
22The vehicle should be provided for minimum of 26 days in a month including all holidays for all months except February (for February minimum No of days is 24).
23If any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a General Holiday, the next working day will holds good
24Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tenders shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever
25Any bidder who is otherwise technically qualified withdraws from the bidding process at any stage before a final decision is taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited
26The vehicles are expected to be used for 100 kms per day and 2500 km per month. In case the usage is less than 100Kms on any day, such short usage will be carried forward and adjusted against usage exceeding 100 Kms on any other day i.e the monthly contractual usage of 2500kms will reckoned by aggregating the number of kms used for the 26 days irrespective of whether the vehicle has less or more than 100 kms per day
27It is assumed minimum run of 2500 Kilo meters per month however if vehicle run more than 2500 Kilo meters, then additional charges agreed rate of Rs.12.00 per kilometer will be paid on approval by the competent authority.
28The contract will be for a period of 12 months from the date of issue of order. VJNL reserves the right to extend the contract at its discretion on completion of financial year, subject to mutual. The contract can however be terminated before the expiry of contract period by giving notice of 15 days.
29The agency shall abide by the Minimum wages Act, PF Act, ESI Act, etc
30All expenses including the cost of fuel, maintenance, repairs, Bata and salary of the driver shall be borne by the agency and VJNL is not liable to pay any charges in this regard
31In case of any accident, the agency will be held responsible for all consequences
32The agency shall provide the vehicles on each day. In case of failure to do so, the company will be at liberty to engage vehicles from any other agency and the additional cost if any will be charged to the agency and recovered from their monthly bills
33If required, the agency should supply additional vehicle at the rates quoted by him
34The successful applicant has to execute an agreement with the Executive Engineer incorporating of these terms & conditions
35The logging of Kms and reporting/closing time will be reckoned from the actual time of reporting and relieving.

37Service tax will be deducted from the bills as per the latest Government Orders.
