Operation and routine maintenance of water cooled chiller HVAC system, 3x500TR i/c AHUs and Cooling Tower, VRV system at various locations inside the Terminal Building and Medical Centre, Various pumps and other installation of WTP and STP, RO, Water coolers and Split/Tower/Window AC units at various locations, water fountains inside the Terminal Building, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems i/c maintenance of records/logbook/ documents etc. on all days i/c Saturday, Sunday and holidays as per tender specifications, terms and conditions by supplying of following min. no. of man power- (a) Supervisor (Highly Skilled) - 01 No. (i.e. 01 No. in general shift on 06 days in every week) (b) AC Technician / mechanic (Skilled) - 03 Nos. (ie 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for operation of chiller, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). (c) AC Technician / mechanic (Skilled) - 02 Nos. (ie 02 No. in general shift on all days in every week for operation and routine maintenance of R.O., Water coolers and Split/Tower/Window AC units at various locations, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). (d) Asst. AC Mechanic cum Operator (Semi skilled) - 09 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock for operation of AHU, 01 No. round the clock for operation and maintenance of WTP, 01 No. round the clock for operation of STP on all days in every week, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). (e) Asst. AC Mechanic cum Operator (Semi skilled) - 01 No. (i.e. 01 No. in general shift for maintenance of STP, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). (f) Helper (Unskilled) - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock on all days in every week for HVAC, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off). (g) Helper (Unskilled) - 02 Nos. (ie 02 No. in general shift on all days in every week for operation and routine maintenance of RO, Water coolers and Split/Tower/Window AC units at various locations, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).

Operation and routine maintenance of Packaged Air Conditioning system at old MSSR building including maintenance of records/logbook/ documents etc. on all days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays as per tender specifications, terms and conditions by supplying of following minimum number of man power - (a) Asst. AC Mechanic cum Operator (Semi skilled) - 03 Nos. (i.e. 01 No. round the clock for operation and routine maintenance of Packaged Air Conditioning system at old MSSR building on all days in every week, Reliever shall be provided on weekly off).

Annual Comprehensive periodical maintenance of DAIKIN Make VRV System installed at New ATC Tower ,Technical Block and Substation having total of 143 Nos. VRV indoor units including ductable, high wall and Cassette units of different capacities. Total of Outdoor Units clubbed in 3 or 2 units together - 12 sets of total capacity of ODU - 492 HP. Maintenance work is inclusive of all spares required for repair, maintenance as per manufacturer schedule, servicing including routine preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance including repair/replacement of compressor, electronic circuit board, mechanical equipment, safety controls and instrumentations, gas charging, fan , fan motors, thermal Insulation, drain pumps, remote control console/units etc. ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of recordes/documentation etc. as per tender conditions covered under this contract on all days including Saturday,Sunday and holiday etc. as required.

Annual all inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 20HP VRV air-conditioning system installed in Airlines/AAI offices in Departure Area inside Terminal Building (20HP - 01 set Outdoor units model no- IVRFB-20TH, 1.7 TR- 10 Set cassette type indoor units model number-VLC-20, makes-BLUESTAR) including compressor and providing all necessary consumables, refrigerant Gas, cu piping, cabling etc., complete as per site requirement.

Annual comprehensive maintenance of following air-conditioners of different makes installed at different locations including providing and replacing all necessary consumables, spares, including compressors and refrigerant etc. complete as required as per special condition including CMC of voltage stabilizers, wherever connected etc. as required. (2TR split/Cassette/Tower AC)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of water coolers of all type, makes and capacities with providing necessary consumables, spares, compressors and refrigerant etc. complete as required as per special condition including CMC of voltage stabilizers wherever connected etc. complete as required.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of RO up to 50 Liter capacity including replacement of all defective components and carrying out bimonthly servicing at installed position etc. complete as required. (The supply of consumable spares membrane and filters as mentioned in item no-39 and 40 is not included in the scope of this item however installation and satisfactory working of equipment covers in this items.)

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of 3 Units each of 2X8TR capacity Packaged Air-conditioning plant installed at old MSSR Building (make - BLUESTAR) including replacing defective components, carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance like arresting of leakage, topping up of refrigerant gas, lubrication, rewinding/ replacing of all type of motors, repairing/ replacing of compressors, repairing / replacing of electrical components etc and other works required from time to time for proper maintenance of units including maintenance of records as per terms and condition all days including Sundays and holidays.

Annual all inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 36HP VRV air-conditioning system installed in passenger boarding bridge fixed link ( 1X 18 HP-02 set Outdoor units model no-JRUN180LLS4, 4X 3TR-02Set cassette type indoor units model number-RNU36GTNA4, makes-LG) including compressor and providing all necessary consumables, refrigerant Gas, cu piping, cabling etc., complete as per site requirement.

Annual all inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 36HP VRV air-conditioning system installed in New Fire Station Medical Centre ( 3X 12 HP Outdoor units, Model No.-MAP1206HT8D-XA,cassette type indoor units 9X 2 TR, Model No.- MMU-UP0241HP-E and 3X1.5 TR, Model No.-MMU-UP0181HP-E make-TOSHIBA) including compressor and providing all necessary consumables, refrigerant Gas, cu piping ,cabling etc., complete as per site requirement.

Annual all inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of 3 x 15 TR (3 sets each of 01 no. Indoor unit and 02 no. Outdoor units) Floor Mounted, Bottom discharge, Top suction, Air Cooled DX type CRAC Precision Air-conditioning system units installed in new MSSR Building suitable to maintain equipment room temperature at 18 deg C Plus minus 2 deg C (1X 15 TR - 03 set Indoor units model no-PDX PX054D, 2 no. X 03 Set Outdoor units model number-HCR-43 , makes-VERTIV) including compressor and providing all necessary consumables, refrigerant Gas, cu piping ,cabling etc., complete as per site requirement.

Cleaning of the solar module regularly two cycle in a month including minor repairing of Tulu pump and monitoring of 600 KWp (500KWp+100KWp)Grid Connected Roof Top Mounted Solar Photo Voltaic Power Plant by deploying minimum one number unskilled man power in general shift excluding weekly off including maintaining records as per special conditions of the contract and as per direction of E-I-C. (Consumables cleaning material like wiper duster, PVC flexible pipe etc. are to be provided by the agency. The Solar module are under warrantee whereas inverter to be maintained by OEM. The agency has to liaison with OEM for repairing/replacement of defective parts).

Supply of Spares for HVAC not include in CMC item No. 4 (Resin 220 NA(O) for softener plant)

Supply and installation of 20 mm dia PVC rigid drain pipe i/c all accessories like bends, couplers, tees etc. complete as required during shifting of existing AC units.

Dismantling of high wall split type Air-conditioning unit, shifting, re-installation, testing and commissioning of capacity up to 3.00 TR air-conditioner units, fixing of existing refrigerant pipe, insulation and existing flexible copper conductor cable between evaporator and condenser units, topping up refrigerant gas etc. complete as required as per direction of EIC.

Repairing of 10/15 HP submersible pump and motor (excluding rewinding of motor) of different stages and different makes I/c replacement of bearing bush, neck rings, bowl bush, running sleeve, key full, sand guard complete etc as required.

Repairing and rewinding of the existing blower motor/ filtered feed pump etc. of capacity 5 HP to 7.5 HP by dismantling from its position, transportation to the work shop, bringing back to the Airport after repairing and rewinding and reinstallation the same, including testing and make the system in serviceable condition as required.

Dismantling, removal, lowering, reinstalling, testing and commissioning of submersible pumps of different makes and capacities including arranging of tripod stand, chain pulley block etc. as required.

Supply of shield membrane which is not included in CMC of RO / water purifier / water fountains as mentioned in item no-13,14 and 22 suitable for Kent/ Aqua guard/OASIS/Haws/WAE up to 100 liter capacity etc. complete as required.

Drinking water potability test quarterly basis as per Technical Specifications (Rate for Each sample).

Supply of Sand for Sludge drying Bed at STP.

Supply of Air Blower Filter at STP compatible to existing Air Blower.

Supplying, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of MS class C Chilled/ Condenser water piping confirming to IS 1239 Part- II of 1979 up to date with insulation and sand, cement mixture plastering and finishing complete with all necessary fittings such as bends, tees, reducers, flanges etc. and supports such as clamps, anti-vibration hangers etc. as per specification. 250 mm dia
