Invitation to Bid - General Stall No DCC-12 at Belagavi 3rd Depot premises. in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

GST of 18% on Monthly License Fees will be levied every month.

Cantonment tax at the rate 22% will be levied per month over & above the monthly license fee fixed for the stalls coming under Cantonment board limit (i.e., Belagavi Central Bus Stand, Guest House & Divisional office compound, Belagavi 3rd Depot premises.

The bidder is instructed to bid only Unit rate as Monthly License fee in the financial bid page. The GST and Cantonment taxes will be additionally calculated on quoted unit rate later by department. Note:Bidders are instructed not to add any kind of price breakups in the financial bid page. The price breakup will not be considered.

The NWKRTC reserves the right to Accept, Reject, OR Modify, any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
