Technical details containing document with preliminary designs, working methodology in support of their bid as per the bidding document

The bidder should upload the detailed Methodology of Execution of the Scheme as per the scope of works and Technical Data of Pump, Motors and Transformers etc

Tenders from a Tie-up proposed in this bid, the bidder shall upload an agreement with only one pump manufacturer on Rs 200-00 stamp paper in the prescribed format which shall be concluded prior to bidding and enclosed to the bid document. For proof of the Tie up in technical bid the prescribed format under section2 instructions to tenderers ITT shall be followed. Multiple Tie up not allowed

Each tenderer in the last five years ie 2021-22 to 2025-26 should have satisfactorily completed at least 90 percent of contract value as a prime contractor, at least One Lift Irrigation Scheme or Tank Filling Scheme of value not less than Rs 26.60 Cr. Work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of E E of the concerned Division and Countersigned by the SE of the concerned circle is to be uploaded. Cost will be updated to present price level by giving weightage of 10 percent

The bidder should have In the last 5 years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least 2 financial years minimum financial turnover of Rs.70.94 Crores. The financial turnover will be updated to the Present Price Level by giving weightage of 10percent each year. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished.

Bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.18.62 Crores Unconditional credit lines or letters of credits or certificates from nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The contractor should upload necessary documents issued by the nationalized banks as per prescribed format enclosed as Annexure XIV

The intending bidder should have supplied, erected, tested, completed and commissioned MS pipes of not less than 300 mm ID diameter for a length of not less than 29.93 Km, ii HDPE pipes of not less than 140 mm OD dia for a length of not less than 15.88 Km in any one year during last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of EE and countersigned by the SE of the same circle should be uploaded

The bidder must have supplied, erected, tested and commissioned at least 300 mm dia MS pipes for over 18.30 Km length and 140 mm dia HDPE pipes for over 10.35 Km length within any one year during last 5 years

Tenderers who meet the minimum qualification criteria, will qualify, if their available tender capacity exceeds the total tender value of Rs.53.218Crores. The available tender Capacity will be calculated as AxNx1.5-B as per bid document

The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish list of Man power, machinery available with them for taking up the work as per bid document

The intending bidder can submit bids as an Individual along with Tie-up of pump manufacturer. The Tie-up is to be formed prior to the bidding

The tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value of Rs 53.218 crore. The available tender Capacity will be calculated as AxNx1.5-B

The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be certified by statutory auditors of the company or by the proprietor of the company through an affidavit
